Product information

The poster is printed on a semi-gloss paper with a subtle sheen, this helps to enhance the colors. The thickness of the paper is 0.22 mm and has a weight of 200 grams. FSC-certified or equivalent paper for durability. Please note that the colors of the finished poster may differ from the display image.

Delivery

We strive for you to receive your delivery within 3- 6 working days, but since we use subcontractors to print and deliver your order, delivery times may vary. 
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the following email address: info@Thetailortrain.se . ​  
Once your order has been sent from the printer, you will receive a email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. The packages are delivered to the nearest delivery point. When the package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email .  

Please note that sales and delivery only take place within Sweden at present.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?

Currently we only offer shipping within Sweden. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.

How do I order a poster?  

There are short descriptions on the items that can be personalized. If you have any questions, you can contact us via our contact form .

How much does shipping cost?  

99 SEK for purchases under 249 SEK.

69 SEK for orders over 250 SEK.

Free shipping over 699 SEK.

How do I pay?  

Fast and secure with either card or Klarna, other payment methods are also available. If you choose Klarna, you can pay now or later. 

Will I receive an order confirmation?  

Absolutely! Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you. 

How is my product delivered?  

Usually via Schenker. You will receive a tracking link to your email when your order has been shipped. Via the link you can see where your posters are. Your posters will be carefully packed with durable packaging and shipped 2-4 days from purchase. When your order arrives at your delivery location, you will receive an SMS or email with information about the delivery location and tracking number. 

Are there frames to buy for my poster ?  

Unfortunately not at the moment. There should be suitable frames at, for example, Clas Ohlson, Rusta or Ikea . 

What about the right of withdrawal?
