Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Sweden. We hope to offer delivery to more countries in the future.
How do I order a word list poster?
Start by choosing size and color. Then fill in the child's name with an 's' at the end, for example, Stellas, and enter the child's words along with what the words mean.
On image one, you can see the poster in real-time as you fill in your information. Check that everything looks correct before adding the poster to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

Can I request my own color scheme or design?
Yes! Since we work with print-on-demand, each poster is uniquely printed for each order.
Place your order as usual and add a note at checkout if you wish for a specific shade or adjustment. Please include HEX code or NCS code if available. We will then contact you before the poster goes to print to ensure you are completely satisfied.
Please note that we cannot guarantee your exact shade as we collaborate with different printing companies, and colors may look different on a computer screen depending on lighting settings, etc.
Can I order a poster in English?
Yes! If you want your poster in English (for example, "Dictionary" instead of "Ordlista"), that's perfectly fine. Mention which language you prefer in the comments field at checkout.
What does it mean that products are printed "on demand"?
Print-on-demand means that each poster is printed only after you have placed your order. This means no inventory needs to be kept, which reduces waste and makes each poster unique – both personally and environmentally sustainable.
Can I get a preview of my personalized poster before it is printed?
When you create a personalized word list poster, you will be able to see the final result of your poster directly on the product page; just make sure you have the first product image displayed so you can see all corrections in real-time.
What is the shipping cost?
99 SEK for purchases under 249 SEK.
69 SEK for orders over 250 SEK.
Free shipping for orders over 699 SEK.
Can I send my poster as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! If you want to send your poster directly to the recipient, simply fill in their address under delivery information at checkout.
In the payment step, you can then choose whether the invoice and delivery address should be the same - uncheck that option.
What payment options do you offer?
We cooperate with Klarna, card payment, and Apple Pay. You choose whether you want to pay now or later.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Of course! Check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@thetailortrain.se or via our form.
How is my product delivered?
Usually via Schenker. You will receive a tracking link to your email when your order has been shipped. Via the link, you can see where your posters are located. Your posters are carefully packed with durable packaging and shipped 2-4 days from the completed purchase. When your order arrives at your pick-up point, you will receive an SMS or email with information about the pick-up point and tracking number.
Are there frames available for purchase for my poster?
Unfortunately not at the moment. There should be suitable frames available at, for example, Clas Ohlson, Rusta or Ikea.
What about the right of withdrawal?
If you buy gift cards or a product that is not personalized, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more under our general terms and conditions on how to proceed.
If you purchase a personalized product, it's different: because the product is custom-made with, for example, a name or quote, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold. However, you always have the option to receive a free preview so that you feel satisfied before we print your product.
Should there be an error, such as a spelling mistake caused by us, or if there is an issue with the print, you will, of course, receive a new item. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us, and we will help you!
How do you work with sustainability?
We only print what is ordered, use environmentally certified paper, and collaborate with suppliers who work in a climate-smart way. This minimizes waste and transport, and you get a product that is both personal and sustainable.
