Why TheTailorTrain.se ?  

Here you will receive personal service and our goal is that you as a customer should always be satisfied. We are a small company with a big heart. We always want the best for our customers and that together we can create a product that everyone will be happy and satisfied with. A product that will last a long time, some products can even be inherited. Here we create eternal memories.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?

Currently we only offer shipping within Sweden. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.

How do I order a poster?  

There are short descriptions on the items that can be personalized. If you have any questions, you can contact us via our contact form .

How do I pay?  

Fast and secure with either card or Klarna, other payment methods are also available. If you choose Klarna, you can pay now or later. 

Will I receive an order confirmation?  

Absolutely! Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you. 

How is my product delivered?  

Usually via Schenker. You will receive a tracking link to your email when your order has been shipped. Via the link you can see where your posters are. Your posters will be carefully packed with durable packaging and shipped 2-4 days from purchase. When your order arrives at your delivery location, you will receive an SMS or email with information about the delivery location and tracking number. 

Are there frames to buy for my poster ?  

Unfortunately not at the moment. There should be suitable frames at, for example, Clas Ohlson, Rusta or Ikea . 

What about the right of withdrawal?  

If you buy a gift card or a product that is not If you choose to personalize your order , you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more about how to proceed under our general terms and conditions .  

If you buy a personal product , it looks different: since the product is specially made with, for example, a name or quote , we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold. However, you can always choose whether you want a free preview so that you feel satisfied before we print your product .  

Should there be something wrong, such as a spelling error caused by us, or if there is something wrong with the printing, you will of course receive a new item , we want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us and we will help you!
