General terms 

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via TheTailorTrain.se and other associated pages, www.thetailortrain.se. An agreement is entered into between you and TheTailorTrain.se.  Detailed contact information and other information is available on the Webshop. The Terms are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who place orders via the Webshop.

Thetailortrain.se is based in Strängnäs. If you wish to contact us, please send an email to info@Thetailortrain.se with your matter and your contact details and we will get back to you shortly. 

Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any text you provide us with for the purpose of manufacturing the product does not violate law, morality or ethics. You are similarly responsible for ensuring that the text does not infringe on anyone else's copyright or other rights. Should you upload a text that leads to Thetailortrain.se being held liable for damages, you shall solely bear all process and damage liability. 
We reserve the right to deny or change your order if we have reason to suspect that the text you have provided us with infringes on someone else's copyright or violates other laws. 

Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. 
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@Thetailortrain.se  
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@Thetailortrain.se 

Delivery

We strive for you to receive your delivery within 3-6 working days, but since we use subcontractors to print and deliver your order, delivery times may vary. 
If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@Thetailortrain.se.  
When your order has been shipped from the printer, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Packages are delivered to the nearest pick-up point. When the package is ready to be collected, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. 

Please note that sales and delivery are currently only available within Sweden. 

Prices

All prices in the shop are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. 
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and incorrect prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price. 

Right of withdrawal and exceptions to the right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the date you receive an ordered item. 
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, among other things, to custom-made products that have been specially adapted for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. This means that you do not have a right of withdrawal for products that have had, for example, a name printed on them. 

When exercising your right of withdrawal

You must notify us that you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The notification must be sent to us at info@thetailortrain.se. Your name, address, email address, order number, and the items being returned must be clearly stated in your message. 
You should return the products to us as soon as possible and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notification. 
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging. As a customer, you choose how you want to return your item and bear the risk until the item reaches us. You will be refunded once we have received the item. 
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the item's original value if the product is used or damaged. 

Complaints

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent to us immediately after the defect has been discovered. 
 

How to make a complaint

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@Thetailortrain.se, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. Attach a clear picture of the defect. 
If we cannot rectify the fault or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. 
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. 

Age limit and restrictions

To order from TheTailorTrain.se, you must be 18 years old, not be under guardianship, or act as a company, and have a delivery address in Sweden. Thetailortrain.se also does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age, in accordance with Swedish law. Thetailortrain.se reserves the right to deny or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment defaults). 

Limitation of Liability 

We do not accept responsibility for indirect damage that may arise due to the product. 
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, industrial disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers. 
Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
