General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via The Tailor Train and its affiliated sites, www.thetailortrain.se. Agreements are established between you and Thetailortrain.se with corporate registration number 840919-0280. Detailed contact details and other information can be found on the webshop. The terms and conditions only apply to you as a consumer and placing orders via the webshop.

Thetailortrain.se is based in Strängnäs. If you would like to get in touch, please send an email to info@Thetailortrain.se with your request and contact information and we will get back to you shortly.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the text you provide to us for product manufacturing does not violate any laws, morals or ethics. You must also ensure that the text does not infringe on the copyright or other rights of others. If you upload a text that leads to liability for damages for Thetailortrain.se, you shall solely handle all legal and tort liability.

We reserve the right to refuse or change your order if we suspect that the text you have provided infringes someone else's copyright or violates other laws.

Once your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about the products, price, invoice and delivery address.

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@Thetailortrain.se.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email to info@Thetailortrain.se.

We aim to deliver within 3-6 working days, but since we use subcontractors for printing and delivery, delivery times may vary.

In case of delays in delivery that we have not informed you about, please contact us at info@Thetailortrain.se.

Once your order has left the printing house, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Packages are delivered to the nearest drop-off location. When the package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to price changes caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and incorrect prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal and exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Since we offer personalized products, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent to us as soon as the defect is discovered.

Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@thetailortrain.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. Attach a clear picture of the defect.

If we are unable to fix the fault or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints, see arn.se.

To place an order on Receptposter.se you must be at least 18 years old, not be under guardianship, or acting as a company, and have a delivery address in Sweden. Thetailortrain.se does not accept credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age, in accordance with Swedish law. Thetailortrain.se reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment complaints).

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers.

Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always strive to expose the products as accurately as possible.

When you purchase a personalized product from us at Thetailortrain.se, a small adjustment may be required depending on the number of letters in the personalization. This means that the text size can be changed to accommodate the correct number of characters and look as good as possible. We reserve the right to adjust your poster in the way we believe gives the best visual result. Every purchase includes a free preview so that you are satisfied before we print your product.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online on the Website. The changed Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted when you place an order or visit the Website.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or a corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
