General terms and conditions  

These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“You”) place an order via The Tailor Train.se​ and there associated pages, www.thetailortrain.se . Agreement is concluded between you and The T ailor T rain.se with corporate registration number 840919-0280 ( Thetailortrain ) . Detailed contact details and other information can be found at Webshop . The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who place orders via Webshop .​

Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any text you provide us with for the purpose of manufacturing the product does not violate any law, morality or ethics. You are also responsible for ensuring that the text does not infringe on another person's copyright or other rights. Should you upload text that gives rise to liability for damages on Thetailortrain.se , you shall be solely responsible for all legal and liability for damages. 
We reserve the right to refuse or change your order if we have reason to suspect that text you have provided us with infringes someone else's copyright or violates other laws.  

Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. 
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@Thetailortrain.se  
If there is something wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@Thetailortrain.se  

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3-6 business days . working days, but since we use subcontractors to print and deliver your order, delivery times may vary. 
If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address : info@Thetailortrain.se .  
Once your order has been shipped from the printer, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. The packages will be delivered to the nearest delivery point. When the package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email .  

Please note that sales and delivery only take place within Sweden at present.

Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. 
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.  

Right of withdrawal and exceptions to the right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the goods you have ordered. 
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include specially manufactured products that have been adapted specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. This means that you do not have a right of withdrawal on products that have, for example, a name printed on them.  

When exercising your right of withdrawal

You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods. The message must be sent to us at info@thetailortrain.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to which the return applies. 
You should return the products to us as soon as possible and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. 
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging. You as the customer choose how you want to return your product and are responsible for the risk until the product reaches us. You will be refunded when the product has been received by us. 
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the event of a used or damaged product.  

Complaints and claims

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent to us immediately after the defect has been discovered. 
 

How do you proceed with a complaint?

Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@Thetailortrain.se where you state your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the defect. Attach a clear picture of the defect. 
If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints. 
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints, see arn.se.  

Age limit and restrictions

To order from TheTailorTrain.se you must be 18 years of age, not under guardianship, or acting in the capacity of a company, and have a delivery address in Sweden. Thetailortrain.se does not accept, in accordance with Swedish law, credit purchases from persons under 18 years of age. Thetailortrain.se reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment complaints).  

Limitation of liability  

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. 
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. 
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.  

Product information

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.  

Manual adjustment of design template

When you buy a personal product At Thetailortrain.se, this may mean that we need to make a small adjustment depending on the number of letters in the personalization (quote posters) . This means that the text can be both increased and decreased in size to fit the right number of characters and look as good as possible. We reserve the right to adjust your poster in the way we believe will give the best visual result. Every purchase includes a free preview so that you are completely satisfied before we print your product .  

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online on the Website. The changed Terms and Conditions will be deemed accepted upon placing an order or visiting the Website.  

Dispute and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, you can submit a complaint online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr 
In the event of a dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or a corresponding dispute resolution body. 
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
