If you buy a personalized product, the situation is different: since the product is custom-made with, for example, a name or quote, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold.

Complaint: If there is a defect, such as a spelling error caused by us, or if there is a problem with the print, you will of course receive a new item; we want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us and we will help you!
