How to create a glossary entry

It's this easy to create a poster:

1. Enter the child's name (don't forget to add an 'S' at the end)

2. Add the unique words (the child's words) followed by the "correct" word (answer key).

3. See in real-time how your poster will look.

4. Place your order and we'll take care of the rest.

Special requests

If you would like a different color combination than the ones available above, please write in the comment field at checkout which poster it concerns and specify your desired color (preferably with HEX or NCS code).
Do you have an image with the color you want to use? Email it to info@thetailortrain.se after completing your order, and include your name and order number.

Can I order a poster in English?

Yes! If you want your poster in English – for example, "Dictionary" instead of "Ordlista" – that's perfectly fine.
Write which language you prefer in the comment field at checkout.
Product information

The paper is smooth and the surface non-reflective. The paper thickness is 0.26 mm and it weighs 200 grams. FSC-certified or equivalent paper for sustainability.

Please note that the colors of the finished poster may differ from the product image.
Delivery & Shipping

We aim for you to receive your delivery within 2-5 business days, but since we use subcontractors to print and deliver your order, delivery times may vary.

If there are delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: info@Thetailortrain.se. When your order has been dispatched from the print shop, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Packages are delivered to the nearest collection point. When the package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.

What does shipping cost?

SEK 99 for purchases under SEK 249.

SEK 69 for orders over SEK 250.

Free shipping over SEK 699.

Returns & Complaints

If you purchase a gift card or a non-personalised product, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more under our general terms and conditions on how to proceed.

If you purchase a personalised product, the situation is different: since the product is custom-made with, for example, a name or a quote, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal as it cannot be resold.

Complaint: Should there be a defect, such as a spelling error caused by us, or if there is something wrong with the print, you will, of course, receive a new item. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Contact us and we will help you!
Does the right of withdrawal apply to personalized posters?

As we only sell personalized products on Thetailortrain.se, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
